Down to Earth Farm is a successful and growing worm farm. We are family owned and operated, and have been in business since 1997. For several years, we sold to Vermico.com as well as to home composters. Now we specialize exclusively in growing worms for the everyday person – which means the costs are reduced. We sell the red wigglers Eisenia Fetida, also known as manure worms, compost worms, or tiger worms.

When we weigh out the worms for purchase, we weigh only worms – not the bedding.

This is what your worms will look like. You are ordering your worms from a happy and thriving worm farm. These are the larger worms (breeder worms), so they are ready to breed and start reproducing. We pride ourselves in our one-on-one customer service and in the quality of our worms. You will not find that anywhere else!

One pound of worms will contain about 1,000 – 1,500 worms!
